2. Other matters needing prompt
(1) During the period when the Fund's A and B shares are suspended from large amount subscription (including conversion transfer and fixed investment) business, other businesses other than large amount subscription (including conversion transfer and fixed investment) are still handled as usual;
(2) From April 2, 2024 (inclusive), the cumulative amount of the purchase of A and B shares of the Fund in a single fund account on a single day (including transfer in and regular quota investment) should not exceed 1 million yuan. For example, the cumulative amount of the purchase of A and B shares of the Fund in a single fund account on a single day (including transfer in and regular quota investment) should not exceed 1 million yuan If the amount of share B exceeds 1 million yuan (excluding 1 million yuan), the company will have the right to confirm the relevant business failure;
(3) From April 8, 2024 (inclusive), the Fund's A and B shares will resume the business of large amount purchase (including conversion transfer and regular quota investment) in the direct channel, and adjust the limit amount of large amount purchase (including conversion transfer and regular quota investment) of A and B shares in the consignment channel to 5 million yuan (excluding 5 million yuan), at which time the Company will not make further announcement;
(4) There is no limit on the amount of large amount subscription (including transfer in and fixed investment) business for Unit D of the Fund;
(5) The business limit of large amount subscription (including conversion transfer and fixed investment) of Fund E shares in the sales channel (excluding Minsheng Bank) is 100 million yuan (excluding 100 million yuan), and the business limit of large amount subscription (including conversion transfer and fixed investment) of Fund E shares in the sales channel of Minsheng Bank is 3 million yuan (excluding 3 million yuan);
