Through consensus, ICBC Credit Suisse Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") decided to terminate the fund sales business cooperation with Beijing Zengcai Fund Sales Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zengcai Fund") from January 23, 2024, and no longer accept the application of investors to handle the fund related business of the Company through Zengcai Fund. For investors who have purchased and held the Company's funds through the Zengcai Fund, the Company will contact the fund share holders to submit an application from now to 15:00 (inclusive) on January 25, 2024 to transfer their fund shares held by the Company to the Company's online direct channel, and the holders can subsequently handle relevant business through the Company's online direct channel.
In order to safeguard the interests of fund share holders, if the holders have not submitted their own applications or opened direct accounts in the Company's online direct sales channels by 15:00 (inclusive) on January 25, 2024, the Company will open a direct account for them and transfer their fund shares held by the above institutions to the Company's online direct sales channels. For such direct selling accounts opened by the Company on behalf of fund share holders, the Company will restrict the follow-up business operation of such accounts. The holders can conduct follow-up business operation on the fund shares transferred to online direct selling channels only after they provide relevant supporting materials in accordance with the requirements of the Company's direct selling channels.
This transfer of custody will not affect the shares of the Company's funds held by the holders. Investors can consult relevant details through the following channels:
