One year holding period hybrid securities investment fund of Guoshou Security and Steady Germany (Class A share fund code: 018143; Class C unit fund code: 018144, hereinafter referred to as "the Fund") was approved for registration by the CSRC in the Reply on Approving the Registration of Guoshou Baoan Wende One Year Holding Hybrid Securities Investment Fund (ZJXK [2023] No. 442) on March 2, 2023, and the public offering began on September 1, 2023. As of November 30, 2023, the raising period of the Fund has expired, and the Fund has failed to meet the requirements for the filing of the Fund, so the Fund Contract of Guoshou Security and Steady State One year Holding Hybrid Securities Investment Fund (hereinafter referred to as the "Fund Contract") cannot take effect.
The Fund Manager will handle in accordance with the relevant provisions in Part V "Fund Filing" of the Fund Contract of the Fund, "II. The handling method of raised funds when the Fund Contract fails to take effect".
