Bosera Robust Huili 6-month holding period bond securities investment fund (Class A unit fund code: 018126, Class C unit fund code: 018127, hereinafter referred to as "the Fund") has been approved for registration by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (ZJXK [2003] No. 384) (Reply on Approving the Registration of Boshi Prudent Huili 6-month Holding Bond Securities Investment Fund), and will be publicly raised from August 22, 2023. As of the expiration of the fund raising period on October 13, 2023, the Fund has failed to meet the fund filing conditions, so the Bosera Robust Huili 6-month Holding Bond Securities Investment Fund Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Fund Contract") cannot take effect.
The Fund Manager will handle in accordance with the relevant provisions in Part V "Fund Filing" of the Fund Contract of the Fund, "II. The handling method of raised funds when the Fund Contract fails to take effect".
