From September 22, 2023, investors can handle the account opening, subscription, redemption, fixed investment subscription, conversion and other businesses of the corresponding funds in the above list through Wisdom Fund. The specific business process, processing time and processing method shall be subject to the provisions of Wisdom Fund.
Investors successfully handle the subscription, subscription of fixed investment and fund conversion business of the funds participating in the rate preference in the above list through Big Smart Fund, and their subscription rate (including subscription of fixed investment) and fund conversion rate enjoy discount preference, among which the original subscription fee premium rate of transfer out and transfer in funds in fund conversion business enjoys rate preference. In the above rate preference, if the original rate is a fixed amount, it will be subject to a fixed amount, and no rate discount will be allowed. Please read the fund contracts, prospectus and other legal documents for the original rate. The specific scope and preferential measures for implementing rate preference shall be subject to the arrangement of Wisdom Fund.
2、 Important tips
1. The above subscription and redemption business is only applicable to funds in the normal subscription period and on specific open days and hours. See the Fund Contract, Prospectus and other relevant legal documents of the corresponding fund and the latest business announcement issued by the Company for details of the relevant provisions of the fund closure period and other special periods.
2. The above funds participating in preferential rate activities are only applicable to the subscription, fixed investment subscription and fund conversion fees of funds in the normal subscription period, excluding the fund fees of other businesses such as redemption business. In case of extension, termination or adjustment of this preferential rate activity, and in case of any change in the preferential rate rules, the arrangements and regulations of Wisdom Fund shall prevail, and the Company will not make any further announcement.
3. The fixed investment business of the fund refers to an investment method in which the investor submits an application to the relevant sales agency to agree on the deduction date, amount and method of each period, and the sales agency will automatically complete the deduction and fund purchase application in the bank account designated by the investor on the agreed deduction date of each period. The regular and quota investment business does not constitute an impact on the daily subscription, redemption and other businesses of the fund. Investors can still carry out the daily subscription and redemption business while handling the regular and quota investment business of the relevant fund.
4. Fund conversion means that an investor can convert all or part of the fund shares of an open-ended fund of the Company purchased and held by him through a sales agency into shares of another open-ended fund managed by the Company. The funds proposed to open conversion business in the aforesaid list of applicable funds and business scope will carry out fund conversion business in Big Smart Fund.
