Announcement on handling relevant sales business of its funds
In order to safeguard the interests of investors, Taikang Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") decided to terminate Phoenix Jinxin (Haikou) Fund Sales Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Phoenix Jinxin") from handling the relevant sales business of the Company's funds. The updated prospectus or other announcements of the relevant funds will no longer list the information of the sales agency.
From September 13, 2023, the fund units held by the investors who have held the fund units of the Company through Phoenix Financial Information will be transferred to the direct marketing platform of the Company in a unified way, and investors can subsequently apply through the Company to handle the redemption of the fund units held and other related businesses. Investors are kindly requested to make proper trading arrangements.
