In order to better meet the investment and financing needs of investors and reduce the financing costs of investors, China Europe Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has decided to, as of July 10, 2023, Reduce the management rate and custody rate of some of its funds and revise the relevant provisions of the fund contract. The revised contents are described as follows:
1. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations and fund contracts, the Company decided to reduce the management rate and custody rate of some of its funds, and make necessary amendments to relevant fund contracts. See the appendix for the list of relevant funds and the rate adjustment. The custody agreement, prospectus and fund product information summary of relevant funds will be revised accordingly.
2. The contents and procedures of the revision of the Fund Contract, Custody Agreement, Prospectus and Fund Product Data Summary of the relevant funds this time comply with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations and the Fund Contract. Except for the above elements, other elements shall not be changed. The revised fund contract, custody agreement, prospectus (update) and fund product information summary (update) will be available on the company's website (www.zofund.com) and the CSRC's fund electronic disclosure website（ http://eid.csrc.gov.cn/fund ）Publish. Investors should carefully read the fund contract, prospectus, fund product information summary, risk tips, relevant business rules and operation guidelines and other documents of each fund before handling fund transactions and other related businesses.
