As of the expiration of the fund raising period on May 31, 2023, the Fund has failed to meet the fund filing conditions specified in the Fund Contract of Minsheng Plus Bank Plus Enterprise One Year Closed Operation Stock Fund (FOF-LOF) (hereinafter referred to as the Fund Contract), so the Fund Contract cannot take effect.
