Announcement that the fund contract cannot take effect
Pengyang Pioneer one-year holding period hybrid securities investment fund (Class A unit fund code: 016735, Class C unit fund code: 016736, hereinafter referred to as "the Fund") has been registered by the China Securities Regulatory Commission in the Reply on Approving the Registration of Pengyang Pioneer One year Holding Hybrid Securities Investment Fund (ZJXK [2022] No. 1987), and will be publicly raised from February 28, 2023. As of the expiration of the fund raising period on May 26, 2023, the Fund has failed to meet the requirements for fund filing, so the Pengyang Pioneer One year Holding Hybrid Securities Investment Fund Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Fund Contract") cannot take effect. The Fund Manager will handle in accordance with the relevant provisions in Part V "Fund Filing" of the Fund Contract of the Fund, "II. The handling method of raised funds when the Fund Contract fails to take effect".
