Announcement on Change of Raising Period of Securities Investment Fund
Pengyang Enterprising Pioneer One year Holding Period Hybrid Securities Investment Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) was approved to be registered and raised by the CSRC in ZJXK [2022] No. 1987.
In order to fully meet the investment needs of investors, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Securities Investment Funds, the Administrative Measures for the Operation of Publicly Offered Securities Investment Funds, the Pengyang Pioneer One year Holding Hybrid Securities Investment Fund Contract, and the Prospectus of Pengyang Pioneer One year Holding Hybrid Securities Investment Fund, Pengyang Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), the Fund Manager, and Bank of China Limited, the Fund Custodian, as well as all sales agencies of the Fund, have agreed to adjust the raising period of the Fund. The adjusted raising time is from February 28, 2023 to May 26, 2023, and investors' subscription applications will not be accepted from May 27, 2023.
