As of the expiration of the fund raising period on July 12, 2022, the Fund has failed to meet the conditions for fund filing specified in Article 12 of the Administrative Measures for the Operation of Publicly Offered Securities Investment Funds and the Contract of Changxin Ruili Income One year Holding Hybrid Securities Investment Fund (hereinafter referred to as the "Fund Contract"), so the Fund Contract cannot take effect.
The Fund Manager will proceed in accordance with the relevant provisions in Part V "Fund Filing" of the Fund Contract of the Fund "II. Treatment of Raised Funds when the Fund Contract fails to take effect".
