Announcement on Adjustment of Valuation Method for Long term Suspended Stocks Held by Its Funds
According to the CSRC's Guiding Opinions on the Valuation of Securities Investment Funds (CSRC [2017] No. 13) and the China Securities Investment Fund Association's Notice on Issuing the Stock Valuation Index of the China Foundation Association (AMAC) Fund Industry (ZJXF [2013] No. 13), After consensus between Changxin Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the custodian, it was decided to use the "Index Income Method" to evaluate the "Shenhuo Shares" (stock code: 000933) held by the Company's funds from May 10, 2022, and use the AMAC industry index of China Infrastructure Association as the calculation basis.
After the resumption of trading of "Shenhuo Shares" and its transactions reflect the characteristics of active market transactions, the valuation will be resumed at market prices, and no further announcement will be made at that time. Investors are kindly requested to pay attention.
