Deppon Ruifeng Bond Securities Investment Fund (hereinafter referred to as "the Fund", fund code: Class A 013682, Class C 013683) was approved for registration by China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CSRC") on August 25, 2021 (ZJXK [2021] No. 2773). As of the expiration of the fund raising period on February 21, 2022, the Fund has failed to meet the effective conditions of the Fund Contract specified in the Fund Contract of Debon Ruifeng Bond Securities Investment Fund (hereinafter referred to as the "Fund Contract"), so the Fund Contract cannot become effective. The Fund Manager will handle in accordance with the relevant provisions in Part V "Fund Filing" of the Fund Contract of the Fund, "II. The handling method of raised funds when the Fund Contract fails to take effect".
