Announcement on Adjusting the Valuation Method of Suspended Stocks for Some Funds
According to the CSRC's Guiding Opinions on the Valuation of Securities Investment Funds (CSRC Announcement [2017] No. 13), the Fund Valuation Working Group of the China Securities Association's Reference Method on the Valuation of Suspended Stocks, and the China Securities Investment Fund Association's Notice on the Issuance of the China Foundation Association (AMAC) In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Notice on Stock Valuation Index of the Fund Industry (ZJXF [2013] No. 13), Zhongrong Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the custodian have agreed to adopt the "Index Income Method" for the valuation of "Shanxi Jiaomei (stock code 000983)" held by the Company's funds from August 13, 2021, The AMAC industry index of China Infrastructure Association is used as the calculation basis.
After the resumption of trading of the above stocks and their trading reflects the trading characteristics of the active market, the valuation will be resumed at the market price, and no further announcement will be made at that time.
