Announcement on Adjusting the Raising Period of Ping An CSI Segmented Food and Beverage Industry Themed Trading Open Index Securities Investment Fund
Ping An Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) on January 8, 2021 (ZJXK [2021] No. 40) to register the Ping An China Securities Market Segmented Food and Beverage Industry Subject Traded Open Index Securities Investment Fund (fund code: 516170, referred to as: food industry, expansion referred to as: food and beverage industry ETF; hereinafter referred to as "the Fund").
The original offering period of the Fund was from July 9, 2021 to August 10, 2021, of which the online cash subscription was sold from August 6, 2021 to August 10, 2021, and the offline cash subscription through the fund manager or the offering agent was sold from July 9, 2021 to August 10, 2021. Now, due to changes in market conditions, in order to protect the interests of investors, in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on Securities Investment Funds, the Administrative Measures for the Operation of Publicly Raised Securities Investment Funds, and the Contract of Ping An China Securities Segmentation Food and Beverage Industry Themed Trading Open Index Securities Investment Fund The relevant provisions of the Prospectus of Ping An China Securities Market Segmented Food and Beverage Industry Themed Trading Open Index Securities Investment Fund and the Announcement on the Sale of Shares of Ping An China Securities Market Segmented Food and Beverage Industry Themed Trading Open Index Securities Investment Fund have been agreed with the Fund Custodian Bank of Nanjing Co., Ltd, The Fund Manager has decided to change the offering date of the Fund from July 9, 2021 to September 15, 2021, of which the offering date after the online cash subscription is changed is from September 13, 2021 to September 15, 2021, and the offering date after the offline cash subscription is changed through the offering agent is from July 9, 2021 to September 15, 2021.
