According to the Guiding Opinions of the CSRC on the Valuation Business of Securities Investment Funds (CSRC Announcement [2017] No. 13), the China Securities Investment Fund Association's Guidelines on the Issuance of AMAC Notice on the Stock Valuation Index of the Fund Industry (ZJXF [2013] No. 13) and the valuation policies and procedures for the long-term suspended stocks of Shen Wanlingxin Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), where the Fund holds suspended stocks and the impact of potential valuation adjustments on the net asset value of the Fund on the previous valuation date is more than 0.25%, The fair value of corresponding shares shall be determined by reference to the industry valuation index in the above relevant provisions.
After consultation with the Fund Custodian, the Company decided to use the "Index Income Method" to evaluate the "Keshun Shares" (stock code: 300737) held by its funds from March 10, 2021. Investors are invited to pay attention. After the above-mentioned stocks resume trading and their trading reflects the characteristics of active market trading, they will be valued using the closing price of the day, and no further announcement will be made at that time.
