In order to meet the financial needs of the majority of investors, Shenwanlingxin Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and Shanghai Tiantian Fund Sales Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tiantian Fund") have agreed that Tiantian Fund will begin to sell Shenwanlingxin Juyuanbao bond securities investment fund under the Company as an agent from December 16, 2020. Details are as follows:
1、 Applicable fund scope
Shenwanling Xinyuyuanbao Bond Securities Investment Fund (hereinafter referred to as "the Fund", Class A fund code: 010974, Class C fund code: 010975). The Fund will be publicly offered from December 15 to December 29, 2020 through the Company's direct sales center and the sales outlets of each sales agency.
2、 New sales agency
From December 16, 2020, investors can open accounts, subscribe and other businesses of the Fund through Tiantian Fund. The procedures for investors to open and subscribe for Tiantian Fund shall be subject to the provisions of Tiantian Fund.
