Zhongrong Xinyouchuang Flexible Allocation Hybrid Securities Investment Fund (hereinafter referred to as "the Fund", Class A share code: 008800, Class C share code: 008801) has been registered in the document ZJXK [2019] No. 2847 issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and has started to raise on March 30, 2020. The original deadline for raising is June 29, 2020.
In order to better safeguard the interests of fund share holders, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Fund Contract of China Rongxin Youchuang Flexible Allocation Hybrid Securities Investment Fund, the Prospectus of China Rongxin Youchuang Flexible Allocation Hybrid Securities Investment Fund, and the Announcement on Offering Fund Shares of China Rongxin Youchuang Flexible Allocation Hybrid Securities Investment Fund, Zhongrong Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has decided to terminate the raising of the Fund ahead of schedule. The valid subscription application on April 28, 2020 (including April 28, 2020) will be confirmed. The subscription application will not be accepted from April 29, 2020. Investors are kindly advised.
