In order to protect the interests of investors, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Guiding Opinions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on the Valuation of Securities Investment Funds (CSRC Announcement [2017] No. 13) and the Notice of the China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association on Issuing the Stock Valuation Index of the China Foundation Association (AMAC) Fund Industry (ZJXF [2013] No. 13), Wells Fargo Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the Fund Custodian Bank have agreed to adjust the valuation of the "Wentai Technology" (securities code: 600745) held by the Company's funds, which will be valued according to the index income method from March 16, 2020. The purchase and redemption prices of the Fund shall be subject to the net value of the Fund units calculated on the day after the adjustment of the valuation method.
After the resumption of trading of the above stocks and their transactions reflect the characteristics of active market transactions, the valuation will be resumed at market prices, and no further announcement will be made at that time.
