Cyclone tower The main mechanism is the inertial collision between dust particles and droplets, centrifugal separation and liquid film adhesion. Due to its large opening ratio, this tray allows high-speed airflow to pass through, so it has high load, large processing capacity, low pressure drop, and large operating flexibility. Its gas-liquid contact time is short, and it is suitable for the process of gas phase diffusion control, such as gas-liquid direct contact heat transfer, rapid reaction absorption, etc. Therefore, the desulfurizer used in the desulfurization process should be fast reaction absorption type, not suitable for calcium carbonate and other desulfurizers with slower reaction speed.

A primary spray device is designed at the inlet of the flue. When the flue gas passes through the inlet flue, it conducts mass and heat transfer with the water mist formed by the spray arranged in the inlet flue section to obtain preliminary cooling and remove part of sulfur dioxide, and then enters the absorption tower tangentially. The flue gas in the absorption tower is accelerated and swirled by the swirling pneumatic device, and the flue dust and the atomized absorption liquid have comprehensive effects such as collision, adhesion, condensation, centrifugal separation, etc., which are thrown to the tower wall and flow to the bottom along with the water film on the tower wall. The dust removal efficiency of swirl plate spray tower can reach more than 98.5%. Through the setting of rotary pneumatic device, the number of rotation of flue gas in the same height cylinder increases, the path through which it passes increases, the gas phase turbulence is intense, and the flue gas and absorption liquid are fully collided, contacted, dissolved and absorbed in time and space.

Cyclone tower Multiple sets of cyclone devices are designed in the tower. The flue gas after primary purification rotates and rises. Due to the reasonable design of the cyclone device, the cyclone pneumatic device has the function of guidance and relay. The kinetic energy of the flue gas itself is used to generate the pneumatic cyclone. The gas-liquid two phases are fully contacted for mass transfer reaction. The flue gas is desulfurized by multi-stage cyclone devices in the tower, which can ensure that the desulfurization efficiency meets the technical requirements. The old-fashioned plane swirl plate is about to be eliminated in terms of efficiency, blockage prevention and resistance. The resistance of the swirl plate with the installation angle is much smaller. Because the blade has two space angles, the design requirements are higher. When used for desulfurization, the slurry on the blade can flow from the center to the tower wall, which increases the liquid holding time on the blade, so the efficiency is high. When it is used for dust removal, the blade spacing must be controlled above 150MM to prevent clogging. From the top view, the blade is closed without clearance.
