Xianghe Community, located in Wukang Town, Deqing County, was established in August 1994; The community starts from Yingxi South Road in the east, Xuanhang Railway in the west, Wuyang Street in the south, Qunyi Street and Yong'an Street in the north; With an area of 350000 square meters, there are five small districts, namely Xianghe District I, Xianghe District II, Anju District, Minxin District, and Kangle District; There are 117 residential buildings, 3160 households, 30 resident groups, and a total population of 9830, including 5594 registered population and 1100 migrant population; The general party branch has 5 party branches, including 5 building group (road) party branches; There are 105 registered party members (including 1 probationary party member, 33 women, 33 people aged 60 and above, 13 people aged 35 and below, 21 people with junior college degree and above, and 41 people with junior high school and below), and 310 registered party members; The community office is located opposite Yifu Primary School on Qunyi Street, covering an area of 400 square meters; There are 7 administrative institutions within the jurisdiction; The community co construction units are the County Administration for Industry and Commerce, the County Food and Trade Bureau, the County Labor Bureau, the County Association for Science and Technology, ICBC, the Banking Regulatory Office, the Statistics Bureau, the Forestry Bureau, and the County Government Office.
The "sunshine service post station" in the community includes a library, a "sister housekeeping" room, an elderly activity center, a volunteer office and a medical service station.
Take the "Five Ones" project as the activity carrier, that is, a red hat publicity team (composed of 30 community party members, resident leaders and retired cadres, who have been patrolling and promoting non-stop for more than three years regardless of the cold and summer); A demonstration community (Xianghe District I); A convenient service center (sister housekeeping companies stationed in the community to provide high-quality and perfect convenient services for residents); A civic school (extensively carrying out activities such as calligraphy and painting for the elderly, health care, medical consultation and lectures on civilized knowledge); A place for cultural and sports activities (Xianghe Cultural and Sports Park). At the same time, we should standardize the service system by hanging service signs, working responsibilities on the wall, and disclosing the service content. We should establish a working account in a timely manner, handle the calls and visits of the masses within a limited time, establish the first question responsibility system, and the situation reporting system to improve the working system, and promote the standardization and institutionalization of the sunshine service station.
The initial achievements include: 1. Party members' service to the masses. Kong Min, a member of the Communist Party of China, began to pair up with two poor students' families in 2005, and insisted on funding them to go to school so that they could read and study. 2. Party members' sense of self service has been enhanced. For the identified 11 families in need, designated community general branch staff and branch secretary to pair up, visit and understand the situation regularly.
