XY series silicone ink

1. Scope of application: Silicone cable, medical catheter, pencil case, keys, bracelet.

2. Performance characteristics:
High elasticity, high concentration, low odor, alcohol resistance, abrasion resistance, excellent obscuration, excellent adhesion, high brightness, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, good adhesion, without damaging the substrate, pure bright color, strong weather resistance, suitable for fine printing solvent ink. Excellent marginality when printing fine lines or fonts. The pad printing/roll printing performance is excellent, and the ink layer is flat. This ink is a single component ink, which can save ink more than two components.

3. Technical parameters:

a. Screen plate: 150-450 mesh polyester screen plate;

b. Glue scraping: it is recommended to use 65-85 degree polyurethane glue scraping;

c. Dosage: about 45 ㎡/kg for 400 mesh screen printing;

d. Drying: drying at 120 ℃ - 180 ℃ for about 30 minutes.

4. Diluent: Kerosene, silicone boiling water

Cleaning: use organic solvent for cleaning (such as 718)

5. Precautions:

1. The product shall be fully stirred evenly after opening.

2. The printing must be kept in a good and suitable environment. It is recommended to use a dust-free workshop in the operation room. The temperature should be controlled below 24 ℃, and the humidity should be 55% - 75%. Too low humidity is likely to cause the ink to generate static electricity, which is likely to cause the rise of poor printing appearance.

3. The products to be printed should be dedusted before printing to avoid bumps (impurities) on the font or pattern after printing

4. Please pay attention to the refrigeration of the ink. The unused ink should be sealed and put into the refrigerator immediately.

5. The product must be used under well ventilated conditions to avoid massive inhalation by human body during construction. It is forbidden to eat.

6. Emergency treatment measures:

a. If it is splashed into the eyes, clean them with clean water immediately, or seek medical advice in serious cases.

b. Fire extinguishing first aid measures: use dry powder, foam extinguisher or sand to extinguish the fire.

c. Operators shall wear masks and gloves during operation.

Storage conditions:
It can be stored for 1 year below 0 ℃ to avoid strong light and contact with strong acid and alkali
