4. Selection of PP treatment free ink thinner:
a. Boiled oil-water: S-3 slowly dry boiled oil-water, S-150 moderately dry boiled oil-water, S-240 rapidly dry boiled oil-water;
b. Screen washing water: S-718;
c. Defoamer: special defoamer for PP;
d. Add 2-5% diluent as required;
e. 10% - 15% PPE - O1 curing agent can be added for use;
5. PP treatment free ink precautions:
a. Stir the ink evenly before use and seal it at any time after use; This product should be kept away from fire and stored in a dark environment;
b. For PP or BOPP materials that have not been treated or are difficult to have adhesion, it is necessary to wipe the substrate surface with PP treatment agent before printing ink;
c. Oil stains and dirt on the surface of construction parts shall be removed before construction;
d. When multi-color overprint is required, it should wait for the front color table to dry before color overprint. If there is ink, it will be some hair and corrosion, it is recommended to use plastic cans for packaging;
e. When the ink is used together with the curing agent, the ink added with the curing agent should be used up within 4 hours, and the screen board should be cleaned immediately when not in use;
f. Only use this series of products. Do not mix ink with other inks and match colors. When adjusting gold and silver inks, use them in time after adjustment, and do not store them;
g. High ambient temperature will affect the original quality of ink; According to climate change, please keep away from fire source and store in dark environment;
6. Emergency treatment measures:
a. If it is splashed into the eyes, clean them with clean water immediately, or seek medical advice in serious cases.
b. Fire extinguishing first aid measures: use dry powder, foam extinguisher or sand to extinguish the fire.
c. Operators shall wear masks and gloves during operation.
