1. Ink characteristics:
The ink dries slowly and has good leveling property. The pad printing and inking are even and not easy to block the screen. The alcohol resistance is better than 680. It has better abrasion resistance and solvent resistance and can be used for screen printing and pad printing. The curing agent can resist acid and alkali.
2. Applicable materials:
ABS、 Acrylic HIPS, PC, PVC and other hard glue products or sheets, surface printing.
3. Technical parameters:
a. Viscosity: 8000-12000CPS;
b. Fineness: 5UM ↓, gloss: 60 ° ↑;
c. Drying condition: self drying for 24 hours; Or bake at 80 ℃ for 30 minutes;
d. Pencil hardness: 2H ↑;
e. Alcohol resistance: 99% ethanol 500 g force more than 100 times back and forth;
f. Wear resistance: 500 g force for more than 100 times;
g. Screening performance: 77T-145T mesh yarn;
4. Usage:
① Before printing, remove the dust and oil stains on the surface of the printing piece, which can be removed with absolute ethanol (alcohol) or wiping water.
② Stir the ink evenly, and select the diluent according to the actual environmental conditions at that time: fast drying, medium drying, slow drying dilution. Generally, fast drying agent is selected in cold days (≤ 15 ℃), while slow drying agent is selected in hot days (≥ 30 ℃).
③ In case of font diffusion, burr and unclear mold precision when printing small lines, patterns and characters, please select the transparent paste or general slow drying paste of this series.
5. Precautions:
a. Stir well before use and seal at any time after use;
b. When mixing, add 2% - 5% boiling oil and water to dilute to printing viscosity;
c. When the screen board is plugged, it can be cleaned with screen washing water;
d. Do not mix with other types of inks;
e. Plastic materials have similar appearance, but may be different materials. Customers need to test print to confirm that they meet the requirements before batch printing;
f. When printing, the next color shall be overprinted after the previously printed color table has dried for 20 minutes, and the ink must be completely dried before packaging;
g. Too high temperature will affect the original quality of ink;
h. Please store away from fire and light due to climate change;
6. Emergency treatment measures:
a. If it is splashed into the eyes, clean them with clean water immediately, or seek medical advice in serious cases;
b. Fire extinguishing first aid measures: use dry powder, foam extinguisher or sand to extinguish the fire.
c. Operators shall wear masks and gloves during operation.
