1. Ink characteristics:
AUV series is a universal UV screen printing ink. It is applicable to a wide range of materials. Excellent adhesion.
2. Applicable materials:
Rigid PVC, ABS, PC, PET-A/E/G/P, PMMA, pretreated PP
3. Technical parameters:
AUV series has both the rapidity of UV curing and the printability of solvent ink, and can be used in two components
4. Selection of diluent:
Diluent: UV-3, with addition ratio of 2-5%.
Quick drying agent: S-7, when used for quick printing, the addition ratio is 10 – 15%.
Hardener: UV-01, with addition ratio of 5% - 10%, which can increase adhesion and wear resistance.
Curing: generally 2000W-3000W ultraviolet light is used. The height of the light tube is 10cm, the effective light passing distance is 1m, and the speed is 15s/m. If the ink layer is too thick, the curing speed and adhesion will be affected.
Weather resistance: 1-3 years indoor and outdoor; Alcohol resistance: 500 g force for about 200 times; Rubber resistance: about 200 times of 500g force.
5. Advantages of UV ink
1) There is no volatile organic solvent, little pollution, no harm to human health, and the solid content is 100%. There is no inconsistency in the thickness of printing ink film caused by solvent volatilization;
2) Uv ink does not block the screen, which is conducive to the printing of fine products;
3) During printing, we don't worry about the damage of solvent to the substrate. UV ink has stable quality, good gloss of dry ink film, and good abrasion resistance, water resistance, oil resistance and solvent resistance of ink film;
4) Instantaneous drying of UV ink can organize rapid printing production line and greatly improve printing efficiency;
5) Saving printing ink, solvent based ink can print about 50 ㎡ per kilogram, while UV ink can print 70 ㎡ under the same conditions;
6) UV ink is relatively stable in physical properties compared with traditional ink, non flammable, non explosive, non corrosive and volatile, slightly odor, and can be transported as ordinary goods;
6. Precautions:
a. Before printing, try printing first to test the matching of printing ink to printing materials, so as to prevent quality problems caused by different types of materials. Do not mix with other inks;
B The drying of ink layer after printing will vary depending on the substrate to be printed. To ensure the quality after printing, please select the drying method and time according to the actual situation;
d. It should be stored in a cool and dry place, tightly sealed with a back cover, and attention should be paid to avoiding contact with open fire and high temperature;
f. The shelf life of this product is half a year from the date of production. Please retest its usability after expiration;
7. Emergency treatment measures:
a. If it is splashed into the eyes, clean them with clean water immediately, or seek medical advice in serious cases;
b. First aid measures for fire fighting: use dry powder, foam extinguisher or sand for fire fighting;
