1. Ink characteristics:
When the ink layer is bright, the ink is even, the pigment dispersion is good, the fineness is uniform, and the screen passing and leveling are good. After curing, it has excellent adhesion to various coatings on the surface of metal and other objects. The coating film has high hardness and luster, and good water resistance, weather resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance. It can be silk printed and pad printed.
2. Applicable materials:
For all kinds of glass, metal, aluminum sheet, galvanized sheet, aluminum alloy silk screen, pad printing.
3. Technical parameters:
a. Viscosity: 10000-40000CPS;
b. Fineness: 10UM ↓, luminosity: 60;
c. Adhesion: 1m/m × 1m/mX100 OK;
d. Drying condition: add 10% - 15% OGS-01 curing agent and bake at 120 ℃ for 30min;
e. Screen passing performance: 77T-165T screen yarn (except for ink prepared with gold, silver and pearlescent powder);
4. Selection of diluent:
a. Boiling oil-water: PP-113 [slowly dry boiling oil-water]; S-3 medium dry boiling oil-water;
b. Screen washing water: S-718;
c. Coating coverage area: 15-30m2/KG [The coating coverage area is tested with 120T polyester monofilament photosensitive adhesive and screen plate as the standard];
5. Usage:
① Before printing, remove the dust and oil stains on the surface of the printing piece, which can be removed with absolute ethanol (alcohol) or wiping water.
② Stir the ink evenly, and select the diluent according to the actual environmental conditions at that time: fast drying, medium drying, slow drying dilution. Generally, fast drying agent is selected in cold days (≤ 15 ℃), while slow drying agent is selected in hot days (≥ 30 ℃).
③ In case of font diffusion, burr and unclear mold precision when printing small lines, patterns and characters, please select the transparent paste or general slow drying paste of this series.
6. Precautions:
a. The printing must be kept in a good environment. It is recommended to use a dust-free workshop in the operation room. Before printing, try printing first to test the matching of printing ink to printing materials, so as to prevent quality problems caused by different types of materials. Do not mix with other inks; When adjusting gold and silver inks, they should be used in time after adjustment, and should not be stored for too long;
b. Generally, the diluent is added by 2% - 5%. In actual operation, the ink viscosity is adjusted according to the use situation and environmental conditions;
c. The drying of the ink layer after printing will vary depending on the substrate to be printed. To ensure the post printing quality, please select the drying method and time according to the actual situation;
d. The product must be used under well ventilated conditions to avoid massive inhalation by human body during construction, and it is forbidden to eat;
e. Stir the ink and curing agent evenly before use, and seal them at any time after use, so they cannot be recycled. When multi-color overprint is required, it should wait for the front color table to dry before color overprint;
f. During the test, the ink layer should be completely dry;
g. The warranty period of this product is one year from the date of production. Please retest its usability after expiration;
7. Emergency treatment measures:
a. If it is splashed into the eyes, clean them with clean water immediately, or seek medical advice in serious cases;
b. First aid measures for fire fighting: use dry powder, foam extinguisher or sand for fire fighting;
c. Operators shall wear masks and gloves during operation;
Storage conditions:
It should be stored in a cool and dry place, tightly sealed with the back cover, and avoid contact with open flame and high temperature.
Prevent contact with strong acid and alkali.
