1. Ink characteristics:
Ink is slow drying, good leveling, alcohol resistant, mainly used for silk screen. The design of the product is mostly based on the self illumination in the dark, which can be divided into long-term effect and short-term effect. This product is mostly used in series of products such as signs.
2. Main materials: ABS、PC、PVC, Acrylic and other hard plastic injection parts. You can also mix the luminous oil on the hardware, and select the appropriate luminous ink according to the customer's materials.
3. Luminescence principle: Nocturnal luminescence refers to the luminescence produced by ink that absorbs light source and stores light energy in the place with light source, and emits its own stored light energy in the dark, and can repeatedly emit light.
4. Technical parameters:
a. Viscosity: 15000-30000 CPS;
b. Screen passing performance: 70T-80T (printing twice or three times);
c. Surface drying time: 25 minutes of natural volatilization;
d. Dry time: 24 hours of natural volatilization;
e. Baking: 60 ° - 80 ° for half an hour;
f. The resistance to alcohol 500g force is more than 30 times, and the resistance to abrasion 500g force is more than 30 times. The strict test time is 24 hours later.
5. Selection of diluent:
a. Boiling oil-water: PP-113 slowly dry boiling oil-water;
b. S-3 medium dry boiling oil-water;
c. Screen washing water: S-718;
6. Usage:
① Before printing, remove the dust and oil stains on the surface of the printing piece, which can be removed with absolute ethanol (alcohol) or wiping water.
② Stir the ink evenly, and select the diluent according to the actual environmental conditions at that time: fast drying, medium drying, slow drying dilution. Generally, fast drying agent is selected in cold days (≤ 15 ℃), while slow drying agent is selected in hot days (≥ 30 ℃).
③ In case of font diffusion, burr and unclear mold precision when printing small lines, patterns and characters, please select the transparent paste or general slow drying paste of this series.
7. Precautions:
a. Before printing, try printing first to test the matching of printing ink to printing materials, so as to prevent quality problems caused by different types of materials. Do not mix with other inks.
b. Generally, the diluent is added by 2% - 5%. In actual operation, the ink viscosity is adjusted according to the use and environmental conditions
c. The drying of the ink layer after printing will vary depending on the substrate to be printed. To ensure the quality after printing, please select the drying method and time according to the actual situation,
d. It should be stored in a cool and dry place, tightly sealed with the back cover, and avoid contact with open flame and high temperature.
E The warranty period of this product is one year from the date of production. Please retest its usability after expiration.
8. Emergency treatment measures:
a. If it is splashed into the eyes, clean them with clean water immediately, or seek medical advice in serious cases.
b. Fire extinguishing first aid measures: use dry powder, foam extinguisher or sand to extinguish the fire.
