1. Ink characteristics:
High gloss, bright color, good leveling and high fineness.
2. Applicable materials: All kinds of candles.
3. Physical characteristics:
a. Network passing performance: 40T - 160T;
b. Surface drying time: 8-15 minutes of natural volatilization;
c. Dry time: natural volatilization for 24 hours, or baking at 80 ℃ for 30 minutes;
d. Boiled oil-water: S-414 [medium dry water] S-7A [fast dry water];
e. Screen washing water: S-718;
4. Technical parameters:
a. Before use, the ink should be fully stirred evenly and sealed at any time after use;
b. When mixing, add 10-20% boiling oil and water to dilute to printing viscosity;
c. The substrate surface should be kept clean, free of dust and oil stain, and can be wiped with S-7 solvent;
d. When multi-color overprint, it is necessary to wait for the ink surface to dry before printing, and this ink shall not be mixed with other types of inks;
5. Precautions:
a. Materials produced by different manufacturers in different batches have different materials due to different injection molding processes, injection molding conditions, and printing environments. They need to be tried first to ensure that they meet the quality requirements before batch printing;
b. After printing, the products can be packaged only after the ink is completely dry;
c. High ambient temperature will affect the original quality of ink;
d. When storing and using ink and diluent, please keep away from fire and keep them away from light;
e. The warranty period of this product is one year from the date of production. Please retest its usability after expiration;
6. Emergency treatment measures:
a. If it is splashed into the eyes, clean them with clean water immediately, or seek medical advice in serious cases;
b. First aid measures for fire fighting: use dry powder, foam extinguisher or sand for fire fighting;
c. Operators shall wear masks and gloves during operation;
