1. PP ink characteristics:
Low odor, high gloss, bright color, strong hiding power, alcohol resistance, corrosion resistance.

2. PP ink applicable materials:
It is mainly used in various hardware and PP materials.

3. Technical parameters of PP ink:

a. Viscosity: 8000-12000CPS;

b. Fineness: 5UM ↓, gloss: 60 ° ↑;

c. Drying condition: 65 ℃ - 80 ℃, 30min/self drying 24h

d. Pencil Hardness: 2H ↑;

e. Salt resistance: 24H;

f. Alcohol resistance: 99% ethanol 500g force for 30 times;

g. Wear resistance: more than 30 times of 500g force;

h. Screen passing property: 77T-145T screen yarn (except for the color of gold and silver powder)

4. Usage of PP ink:

① Before printing, remove the dust and oil stains on the surface of the printing piece, which can be removed with absolute ethanol (alcohol) or wiping water.

② Stir the ink evenly, and select the diluent according to the actual environmental conditions at that time: fast drying, medium drying, slow drying dilution. Generally, fast drying agent is selected in cold days (≤ 15 ℃), while slow drying agent is selected in hot days (≥ 30 ℃).

③ In case of font diffusion, burr and unclear mold precision when printing small lines, patterns and characters, please select the transparent paste or general slow drying paste of this series.

5. Dilution and cleaning:
PP-113 slowly dry boiling oil-water, S-3 medium dry boiling oil-water, and 718 screen washing water can be used for cleaning.

6. PP ink precautions:

a. Before printing, try printing first to test the matching of printing ink to printing materials, so as to prevent quality problems caused by different types of materials. Do not mix with other inks; When adjusting gold and silver inks, they should be used in time after adjustment, and should not be stored for too long.

b. The diluent is generally added by 2% - 5%. In actual operation, the ink viscosity is adjusted according to the use situation and environmental conditions,

c. The drying of the ink layer after printing will vary depending on the substrate to be printed. To ensure the quality after printing, please select the drying method and time according to the actual situation. Some metal materials need to add 10% - 15% curing agent, and the ink with the curing agent must be used up within 4 hours;

d. High ambient temperature will affect the original quality of ink;

e. According to climate change, please keep away from fire source and store in dark environment.

7. Emergency treatment measures:

a. If it is splashed into the eyes, clean them with clean water immediately, or seek medical advice in serious cases.

b. Fire extinguishing first aid measures: use dry powder, foam extinguisher or sand to extinguish the fire.

c. Operators shall wear masks and gloves during operation.
