First of all, leakage caused by static electricity will lead to the printing pattern of water-based silk screen printing ink cannot be printed;
The second is that static electricity will lead to ink flying in the process of printing patterns and words on the printing surface, that is, burrs;
Third, generate static electricity. Static electricity is easy to absorb dust and other magazines on the ink film, resulting in uneven printing spots. In addition, static electricity can also produce different shapes of stripes when printing large areas of patterns, which is usually called the speckle phenomenon.
In order to prevent static electricity and ensure the printing effect of water-based screen printing ink, corresponding methods can be used to eliminate static electricity:
1. The printer and ink circulating pump need to be installed with grounding wire and electrostatic eliminator. Advanced printers are usually equipped with electrostatic eliminator.
2. Control the temperature and humidity of the printing environment. The temperature is controlled at 18~25 ℃, and the humidity is controlled at 55~75%.
3. Keep the environment of the printing workshop clean to minimize the occurrence of dust and other impurities.
4. For missed printing and burrs, the viscosity of water-based silk screen printing ink should be increased, and slow drying diluent should be used to reduce the speed.
