1、 Usage of silicone ink
1. Add sulfur to the material twice (150 ℃/1-2 hours), and clean the surface.
2. After taking it out of the refrigerator Silicone ink It can only be used when the temperature is restored to or close to room temperature. When using, if the viscosity is too high, add odorless kerosene to adjust it to the proper viscosity for screen printing, pad printing or spot printing.
3. Vulcanization shall be carried out after standing for 5-10 minutes in a dust-free environment.
4. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 80-250 ℃ for vulcanization, and bake for 20-30 minutes at 110-130 ℃ for low-temperature printing.
2、 Precautions for silicone ink
1. The product shall be fully mixed after opening.
2. The printing must be kept in a good and suitable environment. It is recommended that the operation room adopt dust-free treatment, the temperature should be controlled below 25 ℃, and the humidity should be controlled at 55~75%; Too low humidity is easy to cause static electricity of silicone ink and increase the poor printing appearance.
3. Before use, the products to be printed should be subject to secondary sulfur addition at a temperature greater than 150 ℃/1-2 hours, otherwise it will cause poor local vulcanization of the paint film.
4. Please pay attention to refrigeration, and the unused ones should be sealed and refrigerated.
3、 Shelf life of silicone ink
The storage period is 3 months; If the product has passed the warranty period, it can still be used after passing the technical inspection.
4、 Storage conditions of silicone ink
Closed refrigeration;
Storage temperature: 0~10 ℃, humidity: 55~85%; Waterproof, leak proof, sunscreen, high temperature proof, away from fire sources.
