Hualong No.1 pressure regulator It is one of the main equipment of the reactor coolant system. Its successful development is a major breakthrough in the localization of key nuclear power equipment in China, and has laid a solid foundation for the "going global" of Hualong No.1. During operation, Delixi The pressurizer needs to withstand frequent thermal shock, and the operating conditions are very harsh. Hualong No.1 pressurizer has adopted a large number of advanced technologies, broken through a number of key technologies, improved the safety and reliability of the pressurizer, and made the design and manufacturing level of nuclear reactor pressurizer in China reach a new height.
China Nuclear Power Research and Design Institute and China Nuclear Power Engineering Corporation jointly formed an acceptance team to carry out factory acceptance on the voltage regulator of Fuqing Unit 6.
From the signing of the voltage regulator contract in 2014 to the completion of the factory acceptance of the equipment in 2019, the five years have gone through multiple acceptance stages, including the handover of equipment and materials, the special inspection of full cycle supervision, the process acceptance of key nodes, the factory pre acceptance of equipment, and the final acceptance. A total of 21 non conformances, more than 600 technical contact lists and more than 3400 letters were handled. The successful delivery of Fuqing No.6 voltage regulator is the result of the joint efforts of the designer, purchaser and manufacturer.
It is reported that the Hualong No.1 demonstration project Fuqing Nuclear Power Unit 6 and the overseas demonstration project Karachi Nuclear Power Unit 3 developed by the Nuclear Power Institute have also formally passed the acceptance and are ready to go. So far, the four nuclear power units under construction in Hualong No.1 Demonstration Project at home and abroad have all been installed with integrated reactor top structure equipment.
