In the family, many friends have met Residual current circuit breaker Misoperation tripping, jumping from time to time, will make people very upset and helpless, today Delixi Analyze the reason why the leakage switch always trips.
1. Improper use of leakage circuit breaker causes tripping
Cause analysis: the three pole leakage circuit breaker is used in the three-phase four wire circuit, because the normal working current in the zero line does not pass through leakage Current transformer , as long as the single-phase load leakage circuit breaker is started, it will trip.
Solution: Four pole residual current circuit breaker must be used for three-phase four wire circuit.
2. Tripping caused by grounding of zero line at load side of leakage circuit breaker
Cause analysis: the neutral line on the load side of the residual current circuit breaker is grounded, which will make the normal working current flow into the ground through the grounding point and cause tripping.
Solution: Connect the grounding wire to the zero line measured by the power supply of the leakage circuit breaker.
3. Tripping caused by leakage current and wire to ground capacitive current
Cause analysis: the wires on the load side are laid on the ground for a long time, and there is a large capacitive current to the ground. The leakage current to the ground of the wires on the load side increases due to the decrease of insulation.
Solution: select a leakage circuit breaker with a slightly larger residual action current.
