Tariff and customs clearance fees

1. Value added tax (VAT) collection:
VAT is exempted when the total declared value of packages sent to the same recipient every day is ≤ 22GBP;

Volume and weight limits

If Changxiang fails to give an exact reply three months later, the package can be deemed lost by default, and the customer can apply to Changxiang for compensation.
3. Changxiang shall not be liable for compensation under the following circumstances:
-a. Package damage and loss caused by force majeure factors such as earthquake and war.
-b. Damage and loss of packages containing prohibited items that Changxiang has clearly informed.
-c. The package is damaged due to the customer's unqualified packaging and fragile items in the package.
4. After the package is confirmed to be lost or defaulted to be lost, the claim is valid for one month. Claims that exceed the validity period will not be accepted.
