Integrate poverty alleviation projects, transfer villagers' land, introduce plateau suitable flowers such as Lu Binghua, Medal Chrysanthemum, Iris, plant landscape trees such as Qinghai spruce and Begonia, and set up tourist experience facilities such as high-altitude ski, water slide, etc. A flower sea scenic spot covering an area of 800 mu has gradually taken shape. Every year from June to mid October, different flowers bloom every month with different theme colors. Bianmagou has become a good place for the surrounding people to enjoy the "Langshan" holiday.

The barren mountain becomes a sea of flowers, and the income is high year by year. Since its opening in June this year, the ticket income of Bianmagou Flower Sea Scenic Spot has only reached more than 3 million yuan, which has also driven more than 230 villagers in neighboring villages to increase their employment income.

In recent years, relying on the resource endowment of "multiple landscapes and beautiful environment", Datong County has carried out ecological governance and tourism development for eligible mountain villages in the county in accordance with the model of "government led, diversified investment, and farmers' income", encouraged local villagers to set up characteristic farmhouses, locally develop breeding and planting industry, realize the supply of products among villages, and drive the surrounding people to increase income and become rich.

Near noon, we walked into Tianjiagou Village, Dongxia Town, Datong County. The smoke of cooking smoke rose in the farmyard on both sides of the road, and the smell of food overflowed. In the pan frying room, local cuisines such as stir fried local rooster, scrambled eggs with wild onions, potato and Tianjin were presented to the table. "The wild onions are picked on the mountain, the potato is dug in the field, the rooster is the local chicken raised in the neighboring village, and the eggs are the nutritious eggs laid by the luhua chicken, all of which are green products." Chen Shoulan, the operator of the farmhouse, said, "The store has many repeat customers, and the location has been booked early, so every day is very busy."

"Tianjiagou Village is close to Huangbaiya Mountain Forest Area and Yaozigou Scenic Area, and to the north is the towering Daban Mountain. Tourists need a 'post station' for travel, accommodation and food." Li Yong, the first secretary of Tianjiagou Village, introduced that "although Tianjiagou Village is not a scenic area, its proximity to the scenic area is also an advantage." Li Yong positioned Tianjiagou Village as a "tourist post station", Carry out barren mountain reforestation, river regulation, and village improvement. Grass grows on both sides of the valley, and clear rivers pass through the village.

The scenery is beautiful and tourists come here. In just a few years, the per capita annual income of the village has increased from more than 2400 yuan to more than 17000 yuan.
