Zhejiang Merchants Digital Business Cross border Trade Thematic Class was successfully held in Hangzhou and Shanghai Digital New Town

At present, under the trend of globalization, cross-border trade has become an important driving force for economic growth. Sales affect the rise of the "smile curve" of enterprises, and cross-border trade means a new blue ocean of the market. How does the product go to sea? How do customers find? How to settle funds? Zhejiang is a major province in foreign trade. In the face of various challenges in cross-border trade, the "Zhejiang Merchants Digital Business Cross border Trade Special Class" opens the "door to the sea" for enterprises.

On the morning of November 29, the "Zhejiang Merchants Digital Business Cross border Trade Special Course" was officially opened in Hanghai Digital New Town, Xucun Town, Haining City. More than 70 students, including senior executives and business principals from manufacturing and foreign trade enterprises in Zhejiang Province, participated in the two-day training.

The thematic class was guided by Zhejiang Federation of Industry and Commerce, hosted by the Digital Economy Working Committee of Zhejiang Federation of Industry and Commerce, Zhejiang Digital Economy Society, and Zhejiang Chongqing Chamber of Commerce, organized by Haining Federation of Industry and Commerce, Xucun Town People's Government, Hanghai Digital New Town, and supported by Hangzhou Cross border 100 Talents Association.

This seminar invited six experts from academia and industry to carry out two-day teaching in the form of lectures, seminars, visits and other forms, covering a series of key contents such as macro-economy, cross-border e-commerce, cross-border logistics, cross-border payment, data operation and so on.

Pan Shiyuan, deputy director of the Department of Social Sciences of Zhejiang University and director of the Private Economy Research Center of Zhejiang University, introduced the international and domestic economic situation, and analyzed the three major issues facing the current development of private economy, namely, the total amount, structure, and innovation and transformation. He said that due to the industrial chain transfer strategy adopted by the developed countries in Europe and the United States to reduce their dependence on China's industrial chain, China's foreign trade is facing new challenges and needs to make good use of "four good", namely, making good use of tax reduction and fee reduction, making good use of deviation correction, making good use of the negative list, and making good use of public opinion.

Zheng Zhikun, general manager of PingPong's China e-commerce business, started from PingPong's practical experience and shared common problems and solutions in the process of cross-border development. He believes that the cross-border e-commerce field has broken the recognition of traditional factories and trade, and enterprises need to open up information flow, understand more market trends, pay attention to market capacity when operating overseas markets, and give play to the advantages of their products.

Cai Zixin, senior account manager of Amazon, emphasized the importance of the three elements of brand, price and product in the e-commerce environment, and launched in detail the brand management strategies that Amazon provides for businesses, including tools, marketing strategies, brand protection services, and rights protection systems.

Chen Junyun

Chen Junyun, the founder of Baosen Three Links Logistics Group, introduced the current situation of cross-border e-commerce logistics industry from the perspective of the relationship between international trade and international logistics, discussed the logistics compliance issues of cross-border e-commerce enterprises, and shared the experience of enterprises in choosing logistics solutions through cases. He pointed out that "transportation with goods" is the key to the operation of the logistics industry. When enterprises transform into cross-border e-commerce, they need to reassess the matching logistics partners. Scientific and technological logistics will become a new moat for cross-border e-commerce logistics.

Xiao Difu

Xiao Difu, Business Director of Wanlihui China, popularized the types of cross-border e-commerce business, the history of cross-border e-commerce development, cross-border receipt, cross-border payment, cross-border collection processes, etc. He said that after 2021, cross-border e-commerce has entered the stage of three-dimensional channel layout through its infancy, development and outbreak. Capital has entered the market, independent stations have emerged, and the trend of closing stores has also started. At present, Chinese enterprises are facing a huge opportunity to go abroad with brands. Independent stations have become the next outlet. Enterprises must establish their own brands for cross-border operations.

Ruan Xueqing

Ruan Xueqing, the cross-border founder of Magic Star, specifically introduced the development ideas, operation strategies, financial models, etc. of cross-border e-commerce products, covering market research, cooperation models, promotion and sales, product iteration, customer transformation and many other details, providing a feasible solution and path for enterprises to establish a product system from zero to one.

On the afternoon of November 30, the trainees visited Spring Wind Power on the spot. Chunfeng Power is the leader of domestic all terrain vehicles and large displacement motorcycles. Its overseas revenue accounts for more than 60%. Its products are exported to nearly 100 countries and regions. On the site, the trainees visited the Chunfeng Power intelligent management platform, experienced the production situation and order sales situation of the real-time detection workshop of the large data screen, and learned about the vehicle production technology and laboratory construction achievements based on digital management.

"Digital Business of Zhejiang Merchants" is an important service project of digital economy work committee of Zhejiang Federation of Industry and Commerce to help private enterprises transform digitally. Based on the principle of "targeted research and development, special class teaching, and long-term operation", Zheshang Digital Camp carries out digital transformation training for industries, enterprises, and specific businesses by organizing principals of Zheshang enterprises and relevant business backbones.
