Recently, the China Quality Association announced the list of star enterprises with user satisfaction in 2023. Among them, Palm, together with China Construction Fifth Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd., China Railway Eighth Engineering Group Second Engineering Co., Ltd., China Railway Erju Group Co., Ltd. and other well-known enterprises, entered the list and jointly wrote a new chapter in the industry.

This selection activity of China Association for Quality is to implement the decision deployment of the Outline of Building a Quality Powerful Country and the requirements of the Action Plan for Further Improving the Quality of Products, Projects and Services (2022-2025) and other documents, comprehensively launch the project of user satisfaction, and deeply promote the evaluation of user satisfaction levels. The selection is based on the Criteria for Measurement and Evaluation of Customer Satisfaction (T/CAQ 10306-2022), and comprehensively evaluated from three dimensions: customer satisfaction measurement process, customer satisfaction results, and the application of customer information in enterprise user satisfaction management.

In the fierce competition among many enterprises, 69 enterprises have stood out and been successfully selected into the 2023 user satisfaction star enterprise list through voluntary application, promotion of preliminary review of institutions, expert review, result approval and other strict links.
