The article points out that the characteristics of China's economic development in the new era are what I emphasized in the report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. High quality development is not a matter of "playing high and playing low", but a specific and distinctive people's character. Everything is leisurely and people's livelihood is important. No matter "high-quality development" or "modernization", it is not a group of abstract figures. It is a time of accumulated wealth, a life of flesh and blood, and the chatter of countless villages and the buzz of thousands of streets. Today, the diversified "smart community" enables residents to live a better life; Folk events such as "Village BA" and "Village Platoon", which have a village flavor, have sprung up widely, making the rural revitalization run out of a "new track"; Food, clothing, housing, entertainment, shopping and study tours can enjoy high-quality and efficient public services everywhere, and everything can feel exquisite and refined, quality and taste...... High quality development has laid a solid material foundation for the realization of a better life for the people, and also reflects the distinctive people.
High quality development does not mean "talking on paper", but relying on down-to-earth efforts. Emerging industries and future industries are the key to building a modern industrial system and the main position for developing new quality productivity. In Jiangsu, the research and development of ventilator chips is difficult, and many sensor enterprises "take the lead", realizing the domestic substitution of key components in only 14 months; In Shandong, Haiyang Oriental Space Port has sent 57 satellites into space, and the 10 billion level commercial aerospace high-tech industrial cluster has begun to take shape... The traditional industrial restructuring from "have" to "excellent", and the emerging industrial construction from "nothing" to "have", China today is fully releasing the multi-dimensional effectiveness of "new" and "old", "number" and "real", Play the surging movement of high-quality development.
High quality development is not "fighting alone", but working together all the way. At the bank of the Yellow Sea, "windmills" turn with the wind, and rows of photovoltaic panels shine with green energy surging; On the shore of Taihu Lake, in the Wuxi Zero Carbon Technology Industrial Park, the "dual carbon brain" operates at full speed to perceive carbon emissions in real time; By the Huangpu River, heaps of corn, straw, branches and other biomass wastes can be made into skin friendly and breathable textile fabrics. Compared with ordinary petroleum based textile fabrics, the bio based polyamide fiber products launched by Shanghai Synthetic Biology Enterprise in the textile field have no reduction in function and touch but greatly reduce carbon emissions... We are full of energy to "seek innovation from the green"; We are full of confidence in pursuing "green".
