At the meeting, we learned the relevant contents of Volume IV of Xi Jinping's Talk about Governance and the relevant chapters of Xi Jinping's Outline of Ecological Civilization Thought Learning. After the collective learning, some leaders of the Institute made exchange and discussion speeches around the learning theme in combination with the actual work.

Chen Yong pointed out in his speech that it is necessary to fully understand the significance of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought, deeply grasp the profound connotation of the "Ten Adherences", implement the new development concept, and put the requirements of ecological civilization construction into daily work. Chen Yong stressed that the procuratorial organs of the city should follow Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought as the guide, practice the idea that green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains, base on the procuratorial function, and make procuratorial contributions to the "building of a comprehensive green transformation demonstration area for economic and social development" of Chizhou City.

    We should further strengthen our ideological understanding. It is not only necessary to protect the ecological environment by punishing crimes, but also to actively play the overall role of the "Four Prosecutors", to integrate ecological protection into civil, administrative and public interest litigation, to promote social governance in the ecological field through procuratorial suggestions and other forms, and to form an overall protection synergy.

    We should further strengthen capacity building. Adapt to the characteristics of strong ecological protection professionalism, strengthen targeted training and education, build a professional ecological procuratorial team, and improve the ability and level of handling ecological procuratorial cases; Rely on the linkage mechanism between government and procuratorate, strengthen the linkage with relevant administrative organs, promote the unification of ecological protection concepts, and improve the ecological protection mechanism.

    We should make further efforts in summary and promotion. In combination with the ecological procuratorial cases handled, excavate the typical significance of the cases, create more typical cases to guide the handling of cases. For some ecological cases with good handling effect, great influence, and warning and educational significance, we should timely summarize experience, increase publicity, and actively do a good job in "the second half of the article".
