It can also be used as a photocatalyst to degrade organic matter and treat sewage, and can also be used as a catalyst for organic industry; In addition, because cuprous oxide can melt at high temperature but will not decompose, it has very good semiconductor properties and good thermal stability, so it is often used as a sintering accelerator and conductive modifier in the field of electric ignition ceramic materials, and because cuprous oxide has semiconductor properties, it can be used as a rectifier material in the semiconductor industry.
Packaging, storage and transportation
Packed in plastic drums lined with polyethylene bags, net weight of each drum 25kg or 50kg.
Handing Information
Cuprous oxide shall be stored in a dry and well ventilated warehouse. The container must be sealed to prevent it from becoming copper oxide in contact with air and reducing its use value. It shall not be stored and transported together with strong acid, strong alkali and edible articles. Handle with care during loading and unloading to prevent package damage. In case of fire, water, sand and various fire extinguishers can be used.
