Last year, the enterprise signed a rice order of 35000 mu with local rice farmers to plant green, organic and high-quality rice. From simply purchasing rice processing and sales to signing orders with farmers to realize cooperative operation, this enterprise has established an industrialized consortium with rice farmers. "We and rice farmers have achieved coordinated development," Li Shaodong said.

There are 19 administrative villages in Chalukou Town, mainly engaged in rice planting. Qujia Village is one of the beneficiaries of orders with leading enterprises. Before planting in the spring every year, leading enterprises like Songjiang Baishun Rice entered farmers' homes and signed planting contracts. In autumn, they will sign an order contract with farmers to purchase rice. "My family grows rice in Dehui Xiaocho. Eight hectares of paddy fields are planted according to the order. The company collects rice in the autumn harvest. The income per hectare of paddy fields is more than 1000 yuan than in the past," said Han Yanhai, a villager.

Over the years, Chalukou Town, driven by the leading rice enterprises, farmers' professional cooperatives and family farms in the region, has achieved unified whole industry chain supervision from breeding to cultivation to acquisition of rice in the whole town, which has made the rice industry grow continuously.

Relying on grain production advantages and industrial support policies, a group of leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Jilin Province have driven farmers to change from selling raw grain to selling products. At present, there are more than 600 key agricultural industrialization leading enterprises and more than 100 provincial demonstration agricultural industrialization consortiums in our province, which has led to the income increase of millions of farmers.
