"We resumed construction in the first ten days of March. At present, the bridge foundation and substructure have been completed, the steel beams crossing the ring expressway and other nodes are being erected on the upper part of the bridge, and the construction of anti-collision wall, bridge deck pavement, street lights, intelligent transportation and other ancillary facilities is also in order. It is planned to complete and open to traffic on September 30." Feng Donggang, the project director of the south extension project of the eastern expressway of Changchun Urban Investment Group, told reporters that as an important part of "one ring, three horizontal, four vertical and six radial", the project moved our city's expressway system from an ecological square interchange node to the core area of Jingyue High tech Zone to the south of the belt expressway, and citizens can access the expressway system to the south of the belt expressway, In the future, it can also connect Shuangyang Expressway.

The South Extension Project of Eastern Expressway is only one of the key municipal infrastructure projects implemented this year.

"The 2020 urban construction plan arranges 73 key municipal infrastructure projects, of which 69 are planned to be implemented and 4 are in the early stage. As of July 20, 42 projects have been started and resumed." Guan Wenying, director of the Bidding Department of the Investment and Construction Project Management Center of the municipal government, told reporters that the Jilin Road Expressway Project aims to complete the main works of bridges and roads with implementation parts by the end of October; The subgrade earthwork at the starting point of Yuanda Avenue, the earthwork and pile foundation construction of the bridge under Yangpu Avenue are under way at Airport Avenue, Huigong Road. It is planned that the viaduct will be completed within this year, and 70% of the tunnel body will be completed; The main body of Anqing Road Underdrain Reconstruction Project has been completed, and the road project is scheduled to be completed on September 30; The construction of Kaiyun Street South Extension Line will resume in late April, the main line from National Highway 102 to Bingjiu Road is scheduled to be open to traffic on September 30, and the construction of drainage from Bingjiu Road to Bing16 Road can be completed within the year; The extension line of Jianye Street is planned to start construction within the year

New ideas lead to high-quality development

The application of prefabricated road base technology can significantly shorten the construction time; The viaduct is built in the way of "making accessories" in the factory and "building blocks" on the site, saving labor and time, energy saving and environmental protection; The pavement of the expressway adopts new noise reduction technology, which can reduce the noise by about 2 decibels... The reporter learned from the interview that many new technologies, new processes and new materials have been applied to the key projects of municipal infrastructure this year.

The first prefabricated viaduct project in our province, the South Extension Line Project of Eastern Expressway, is nearing the end. The lower part of the bridge in this project is mainly prefabricated concrete piers, and the upper part is prefabricated small box girders, accounting for more than 60% of the bridge area. Compared with traditional construction, prefabricated technology has the characteristics of faster speed, fewer people, green and environmental protection.

"There are many factories on both sides of Yumin Road. In order to minimize the impact on enterprises along the road, we have adopted prefabricated road base technology. Compared with traditional methods, the construction period can be shortened by about 3 months, and the widened section is expected to be completed and opened to traffic on September 30." The person in charge of Yumin Road construction project told reporters.  

Road noise affects the life of residents along the line. The municipal construction committee organized a professional team to study the road noise reduction technology, and finally in October 2018, the noise reduction road section of the north half of the tunnel closure section of the South Fourth Ring Road Undercrossing Linhe Street Project was officially opened to traffic. Through noise monitoring, the noise can be reduced by about 2 decibels, achieving the expected results of the test. In the construction of expressways this year, our city comprehensively uses rubber modified asphalt to reduce noise.

"During the construction process, we followed the principle of" underground first, then aboveground "to leave enough space for the future." The project leader told reporters that the Jilin Road Expressway project involves five categories of pipelines, namely water supply, gas, heat, communication and power. During the construction process, they paid attention to the integration of resources and built a small pipe culvert, Also, the water supply pipeline was directly expanded to 1200 cm, and the 15 km long overhead pipeline was all landed, making Jilin Road more transparent.

The reporter learned that in this year's road construction, the Municipal Construction Committee has always focused on solving the problem of people's travel as a central task. The construction of Nanhu Middle Street, which can not be connected due to land requisition and demolition, has started. It is expected that by the end of the year, the dead end road and T-shaped intersection will be eliminated in Nanhu Middle Street, realizing the connection of 4km in the southern new town area, and providing convenience for citizens to travel.
