In order to further increase the support for industry talent training and reduce the burden on member units, the Association decided to adjust the "China Futures Association Training Fee Standard", implement free training policies for industry personnel, and encourage member units and employees to use the Association's knowledge service platform to carry out various training activities. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

three Futures brokers who participate in the unified training organized by the Association;
four Personnel participating in other special training activities of the Association.
2、 No paid training outside the industry will be carried out for the time being.

Among the new standards for training fees, the first is to expand the application of free policy from practitioners to employees of futures companies (including subsidiaries); Second, the free policy does not set the limit on the free amount of online on-demand training and face-to-face training. In online on-demand training, individuals can learn freely according to the learning needs of units or individuals, and face-to-face training needs to meet the conditions of training objects, training quota and so on.
