The Fund actively grasps the investment opportunities of high-quality listed companies on the Science and Technology Innovation Board, and strives to achieve long-term stable appreciation of fund assets through portfolio management on the premise of risk control.

The proportion of the Fund's investment portfolio is: during the closing period, the proportion of the Fund's assets invested in stocks in the Fund's assets is 60% - 100%, the Fund's assets invested in science and technology innovation board stocks are not less than 80% of the non cash fund assets, and the proportion of the Fund's assets invested in Hong Kong stocks is 0-20% of the stock assets, Two months before the end of each closing period and two months after the end of the opening period are not subject to the above proportion restrictions.
During the opening period, after deducting the trading deposits required to be paid for stock index futures, treasury bond futures and stock option contracts at the end of each trading day, the cash or government bonds with a maturity date of less than one year shall not be less than 5% of the net asset value of the Fund. During the closing period, the Fund is not subject to the above 5% restrictions, but after deducting the stock index futures, treasury bond futures After the trading margin required to be paid for the stock option contract, it shall maintain cash not less than one time of the trading margin, of which cash does not include the settlement reserve, deposit margin, and subscription receivable, etc.
If there is any change in the requirements of laws and regulations on this proportion, after performing appropriate procedures, the changed proportion shall prevail, and the investment proportion of the Fund will be adjusted accordingly.

The Fund is closed for two years. The starting date of the first closing period of the Fund shall be the effective date of the Fund Agreement, and the ending date shall be the day before the year two years after the effective date of the Fund Agreement. The start date of the second closing period is the day after the end date of the first opening period, and the end date is the day two years after the start date of the second closing period, and so on. The Fund will not handle subscription and redemption business during the closing period, but investors can transfer fund shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange after the listing of the Fund.

The Fund will enter the opening period from the next working day (including that day) after the closing period ends, during which subscription and redemption businesses can be handled. Each opening period shall be no less than 5 working days and no more than 20 working days. The specific time of the opening period shall be subject to the announcement of the fund manager at that time. If force majeure or other circumstances occur after the end of the closing period or during the opening period, which makes it impossible for the fund to open the subscription and redemption business on time, the calculation of the opening period will be suspended, and the calculation of the opening period will continue from the next working day after the elimination of the force majeure or other circumstances, until the requirements of the opening period are met.

Through the comprehensive analysis of the macroeconomic environment, policy situation and the trend of the securities market, the Fund actively judges the market opportunity, conducts active asset allocation, reasonably determines the investment proportion of the Fund in various asset categories such as stocks and bonds, and makes timely dynamic adjustments with the relative changes in the risk income characteristics of various assets.

The Fund is a hybrid fund, and its expected return and risk level is higher than that of money market funds and bond funds, and lower than that of equity funds.
