Construction procedure:
Base treatment → coating Mixing → painting → curing
Base treatment: Clean the base surface and make it flat and firm without hollowing. Cement shall be used for pore sand holes mortar Fill and level. If the temperature is high or the base surface is dry, it shall be fully wetted with clean water before construction until there is no open water.
Paint mixing: Pour the liquid material into a clean mixing bucket, and then slowly pour in the powder material while stirring in proportion, and then fully mix it to a uniform paste without powder particles and sediment, and let it stand for a few minutes before slightly mixing it for use (it is recommended to use an electric mixer for better mixing effect).
Brushing: Brush the treated base surface with a brush or roller without omission. When painting, if there are air holes, the gas shall be discharged by repeated painting. After the painting is finished, the gas shall be discharged from the front. After the surface is dry (the surface is not sticky), the gas shall be painted for the second time in sequence. Repeat at least two to three times, and the thickness of each time shall not exceed 0.8mm, so as to avoid unnecessary cost waste.
Curing: After 8 hours of painting construction, spray fine fog water for curing, and conduct closed water test at least 24 hours later (it shall be properly delayed in case of low temperature or poor ventilation).
matters needing attention: Please read the packing instructions carefully before use. Do not work below 5 ℃ or under the condition of bright water or rain. The mixed slurry should be used up within 2 hours; Do not add water before mixing for use after timeout. Where the air is too humid or not ventilated, ventilation equipment shall be used to accelerate the drying of waterproof layer. If the wall surface must be pasted with ceramic tiles, it is better to use the special ceramic tile adhesive of Markus to avoid hollowing or falling off.
