Scope of application:
It is applicable to the gap filling treatment after pasting ceramic tiles, marble, slate and other bricks on the interior and exterior walls.
Construction procedure:
Surface treatment → mixing → construction → cleaning
Surface treatment: The joint filling process shall be carried out 24 hours after the tiles are laid. Before using the joint sealant, the tile gap shall be cleaned to remove all dust, oil stains and other pollutants. At the same time, loose tile adhesive between tile gaps shall be removed.
stir: Use a wooden stick or an electric mixer to mix, add the powder into a proper amount of water, and slowly pour the powder while mixing until it is evenly mixed without powder particles and becomes a high paste before use.
Construction: Use a rubber caulking knife or a suitable scraper to fill the stirred caulking agent into the tile gap, and fill the gap with the caulking agent in a diagonal direction or in a circular rotation mode. Try not to leave too much caulking agent on the tile surface, and regularly clean the tile surface with a wet sponge or wet cloth before the material sets. Remove any defects found as soon as possible and repair them as soon as possible.
clean: Use a slightly wet sponge to clean the surface of the tile, and wipe it with a clean wet cloth locally, and conduct it before the sealant film is dry. The tools shall be washed with clean water immediately after use. After the initial drying and curing of the sealant, wipe off the powdered sealant on the surface with a dry cloth, or use water for later cleaning.
matters needing attention: The construction temperature should be 5~35 ℃. Construction shall not be carried out in the rain, and shall not be carried out in the rain within ten hours after construction. It is not allowed to use acid cleaner to clean the caulked tiles. The mixed materials should be used up within two hours. Do not use the dried materials after adding water and mixing. Please pay attention to wet water curing 24 hours after construction in a dry environment to avoid affecting the final effect due to dehydration during the hardening process of the sealant. If the product is accidentally splashed into the eyes, it should be immediately washed with water, and if necessary, please see a doctor in time. Keep out of reach of children.
Storage method:
This product should be kept in a cool and ventilated place. It can be stored for 12 months if not opened.
