Elastomer (SBS) modification asphalt Waterproof roll
1. Product Overview
SBS Elastomer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is based on SBS( benzene ethylene --Butadiene styrene) thermoplastic elastomer modified asphalt is used as dip coating material, high-quality polyester felt, glass fiber felt and glass fiber reinforced polyester felt are used as tire base, fine sand, mineral aggregate, PE film, aluminum film, etc. are used as covering materials, and elastomer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is prepared by mechanical mixing and grinding of Zhiyong.
2. Product features
1. Strong impermeability;
2. High tensile strength, large elongation, and strong adaptability to base shrinkage deformation and cracking;
3. It has good low-temperature performance, and can still maintain its efficacy at - 50 ℃. It can be used in cold and hot areas, especially in cold areas;
4. Puncture resistance, puncture resistance and tear resistance;
5. Good corrosion resistance, mildew resistance and weather resistance;
The construction is convenient. The hot-melt construction can be operated in all seasons, and the joints are reliable.
5. Construction requirements
★ Construction must be carried out in strict accordance with GB50207-2002 Code for Acceptance of Roof Engineering Quality and design regulations.
★ Base course
1) The base course shall have a certain strength, and shall not be shelled, loose or uneven. The dust and foreign matters on the roof and the warehouse division joints must be removed.
2) The base course is required to be dry, and the water content is less than 8%. Generally, the base course is white without obvious water marks or a piece of 1m x 1m linoleum is paved flat on the surface of the clean leveling course for 3-4h. If the surface color of the base course covered with linoleum is still the same as that of the surrounding uncovered parts, and there is no obvious watermark, the moisture content has met the requirements.
3) The cold primer oil shall be applied evenly, and there shall be no hard block accumulation or omission.
4) In the roof construction with insulation layer, the exhaust duct and vent hole shall be reserved in strict accordance with the design.
★ Method
1) Bake the bonding surface of molten coiled materials with a hot-melt spray gun.
2) The coiled material and the base course can be fully bonded, or point bonded or strip bonded, and the area depends on the slope. When bonding is small, first dry the side of the shale until the asphalt is melted and covered with shale flakes, and then bake the coiled material overlapped with it. It shall be baked and compacted at the same time. Excess asphalt must be squeezed out at the overlapping edge.
3) The lap length of coiled material shall be no less than 70mm for full bonding method, and no less than 100mm for empty paving, spot bonding and strip bonding; For short edge lapping, the full bonding method shall not be less than 100mm, and the empty paving, point bonding and strip bonding shall not be less than 150mm. When the double-layer method is adopted, the upper and lower layers of coiled materials shall be staggered by 1/3 or 1/2 of the width, with different seams.
4) Folding, hollowing, edge warping, delamination and sliding are not allowed at the internal and external corners, gutters, gutter inlets, ridges, overlapping and closing joints of the roof.
5) Cold bonding method can also be used for construction.
6) After construction, observe and check the construction quality by yourself.
7) Do not wear spiked shoes for operation.
8) For construction materials such as inflammables, attention shall be paid to fire safety, and fire-fighting equipment shall be provided.
6. Protection measures for finished SBS waterproof works
1. In the construction process of rebar lowering, binding, formwork installation, concrete pouring, etc., the finished product protection of the SBS waterproof structure has been strengthened. The bottom plate reinforcement shall not be hard smashed, thrown or damaged to break the SBS waterproof structure when it is lowered into the warehouse. The old thin iron sheet shall be used to cover and protect the bottom plate reinforcement during welding.
2. Special attention must be paid to the protection of finished products at the reserved tenons and joints of SBS waterproof coiled materials. During the construction, the top of SBS coiled material shall be temporarily fixed by bricklaying, mortar plastering and other methods to prevent fracture and damage.
3. After the SBS waterproof structure is paved and accepted, the mortar protective layer and brick masonry protective wall shall be made in time to prevent the waterproof layer from being damaged during the structural construction. If the SBS waterproof membrane is found to be damaged, it must be repaired before the construction of the protective layer and protective wall. During the construction of SBS waterproof coiled material, the personnel entering the site are not allowed to wear shoes with nails, and the truck legs for transporting materials must be wrapped with rubber leather to avoid damaging the SBS waterproof coiled material.
4. Various pipes embedded in the SBS waterproof structure shall not be collided, damaged or blocked with sundries during construction.
5. During the plane construction of SBS waterproof coiled material, it is not allowed to place materials on the waterproof layer or use it as a transport lane.
