Construction steps edit
1. Prepare mixing machines, grouting equipment, formwork and curing materials, clear the grouting space and wet the concrete surface in advance.
2. The formwork shall be erected and the joints of formwork shall be sealed with cement (sand) slurry and plastic tape to ensure no water or slurry leakage.
3. Mix with water according to 12-15% of the weight of grouting material (mechanical mixing for 2-3 minutes, manual mixing for more than 5 minutes)
4. Pour the evenly mixed grouting material into the grouting part from one direction. If necessary, bamboo strips or steel chisels can be used for diversion, and the formwork can be properly vibrated or gently knocked.
5. After construction, it shall be covered with plastic film and covered with straw curtain or cotton quilt for wet curing for 3-7 days.
6. The operating temperature is - 10 ℃ to 40 ℃. It is strictly prohibited to add any admixture or additive into the grouting material.

Normal temperature curing
1. Before grouting, the daily average temperature should not be lower than 5 ℃. After grouting, the * * part should be sprayed with curing agent or covered with plastic film, and covered with wet straw bags to keep wet. When the plastic film is used for covering, the * * surface of the cement-based grouting material shall be tightly covered to keep condensed water in the plastic film. The surface of the grouting material is not convenient for watering, and curing agent can be sprayed.
2. The grouting material shall be kept wet, and the curing time shall not be less than 7d.
3. When fast setting and hardening cement-based grouting materials are used, the curing measures shall be implemented according to the product requirements.
High temperature curing
1. Measures shall be taken 24 hours before grouting to prevent the grouting part from direct sunlight or other heat radiation.
2. Take appropriate cooling measures, and the temperature of concrete foundation and equipment bottom plate contacting with cement-based grouting materials shall not be more than 35 ℃.
3. The slurry molding temperature shall not be greater than 30 ℃.
4. Moisturizing and curing measures shall be taken in time after grouting.
Winter maintenance
1. For winter construction, if the project has no special requirements for strength growth, the * * part shall be covered with plastic film and thermal insulation materials in time after grouting. The initial curing temperature shall not be lower than 5 ℃. No watering is allowed during curing under negative temperature conditions.
2. If the difference between the surface temperature of cement-based grouting material and the ambient temperature after formwork removal is greater than 20 ℃, the insulation material shall be used for protection.
3. If the ambient temperature is lower than the lower construction temperature required for cement-based grouting materials or the strength growth needs to be accelerated, manual heating and curing can be used; The maintenance measures shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard Code for Winter Construction of Building Engineering JGJ104.
