Product characteristics

Scope of application

Construction steps
◎ Base course treatment:
(1) Pointing shall be carried out after the bonding mortar or adhesive has fully hardened. The waiting time required shall be checked according to the relevant technical briefing.
(2) Clean the tile joints to make them clean, and empty at least 2/3 of the tile joint thickness. Clean well before mortar or adhesive has hardened.
◎ Mixing:
During mixing, slowly pour the joint sealant into a rust free clean container containing mixing water of accurate proportion, preferably use a slow mechanical mixer until the joint sealant is mixed into a uniform paste without caking. Let it stand for 2-3 minutes until it is cured, and then mix it slightly before use.
◎ Caulking:
(1) Use a flat rubber trowel to squeeze the mixed jointing agent into and fill the tile joints. The joint sealant can be cleaned only when it is close to the initial setting. The better cleaning time is when the sealant begins to lose luster. Note: If the joint sealant is cleaned while it is still in plastic state, part of the joint sealant may be wiped off. On the other hand, if the joint sealant * * is cleaned after drying and hardening, the tile surface may be damaged.
(2) Wipe off the excess jointing agent with a slightly wet hard sponge, and constantly clean the sponge with clean water. After the jointing agent is completely dry and hard, the residual powder mark on the tile surface can be removed with a dry cloth.
(3) In order to make the pointing agent be able to be hydrated and cured normally, the dried brick joints shall be sprayed with clean water in hot and windy weather.
(4) If the jointing agent hardens on the tile surface due to incorrect cleaning steps, it can be removed with acid cleaner according to the instructions at least ten days after jointing.
Packaging and storage
The packaging specification of this product is 25kg ± 0.5kg/bag, * *, tasteless, * * *, nonflammable, and non explosive. During storage and transportation, pay attention to moisture, moisture, and sun protection. It can be transported as general goods. The storage period can reach 12 months.
