The thermal conductivity of the coating is very low, only 0.033W/m.k. The thermal insulation effect is obvious, and the inhibition efficiency can reach about 90% under certain thickness conditions. It can also effectively keep cold for low-temperature objects, and effectively restrain the temperature rise of low-temperature objects caused by external heat sources due to heat conduction.

Working mechanism

The overall structure of the coating is equivalent to creating the heat preservation and insulation mechanism of the thermos ceramics When heated at high temperature, the air inside the microsphere cavity will not produce thermal convection. Hollow ceramic beads are closely arranged and there is a three-dimensional air layer between them, which also avoids the generation of thermal convection.
